Q: Do you offer daily, weekly, or extended rentals?

Yes, we do offer daily to weekly rentals and extended stays. During peak periods and holidays, there may be a minimum stay requirement. We also offer longer-term rentals.

Q: What vacation amenities do you have on-site?

A: We offer an open bay view, cable TV, a large heated pool, three docks, sun and shade lounging areas, flat panel TVs, free laundry facilities, two elevators all just steps from Treasure Island’s world-class beach.

Q: Do you charge for parking?

All reservations come with one (1) complimentary reserved parking space.

Q: Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet throughout the resort.

Q: What are your front desk hours?

Our front desk is available to assist you daily Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, and on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We also offer 24-hour emergency on-site assistance, as well as late check-ins.

Q: Are you on the beach?

We are located directly on the wide open bay, just steps from the beach (approximately 3 minutes walk). Many of our suites are direct waterfront condos facing the Bay.

Q: Is your resort family-friendly?

Absolutely! It’s always been our policy to provide a quiet, peaceful, family-friendly resort, free of noisy spring breakers and partiers. It’s perfect for families, couples, business travelers, and more.

Q: Do you allow pets on the property?

We do not allow pets on the property or in our units. If taking your pet is a must, we would be happy to recommend some pet-friendly hotels in the area.

Q: Do you offer a fitness facility?

We do not have a fitness facility on-site.

Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve a room?

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. We do ask that if you are canceling your reservation, that you do so within 48 hours of making your reservation.

Q: Do you provide disability accommodations?

We do have wheelchair-accessible first-floor units featuring larger floor plans. We also allow service / guide dogs.
